We have entered into new cooperation project with customers in Pakistan. This cooperation project is about isolator systems, an important air purification equipment . A VHP (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) Isolator is a specialized piece of equipment used in cleanroom environments, particularly in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, to create a contained space for sterilization processes using vaporized hydrogen peroxide. The typical features of a VHP isolator include: Sealed Enclosure: The isolator is designed as a sealed unit with doors or ports that allow materials to be passed in and out without compromising the sterility of the interior. Decontamination Cycle: It has a system that generates and circulates VHP within the chamber to achieve a uniform distribution and exposure time for effective sterilization. Monitoring and Control System: Advanced controls monitor the concentration of VHP, temperature, humidity, and pressure to ensure the sterilization cycle is completed accurately and safely. Airlocks: Dual-door systems or airlocks may be included to prevent cross-contamination when transferring materials in and out of the isolator. HEPA Filters: High-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters are usually incorporated to maintain aseptic conditions by filtering out any airborne contaminants. Validation and Documentation: The isolator includes sensors and recording capabilities to document each sterilization cycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In summary, VHP isolators play a critical role in maintaining the highest levels of biocontainment and sterility during the manufacturing and processing of sterile products such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biological samples.
